fusion sword Measurements

So this is the main sword Cloud uses in Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children. So since im cosplaying him, i decided i need to remake my sword cuz its VERY inacurate in size. Plus theres other things i want it to be able to do. So all you need to make it correct is the size of THIS sword. So for me, im about 5 foot 4 or 5 foot 5 ish....Yea short. So this is the sizes it should be..BUT with the width of the hand guard, that measurement is ONLY for when its FOLDER not open. When its open it will we about a half inch extra on each side or even 3/4 inch so start off by making it a FOLDED guard..AFTER you make the blade, then make sure when its at its folded position that its 10 in. To do this, DO ONT measure across the foled surface. But measure from the top or bottom openings across..and it should be about 10 inches.Good luck to anyone else making it, and dont be afraid to ask me for ideas on other swords..i can figure out how to make any sword for u and post measurements and details..
